The President of GRUPO CUÑADO attended the event organised by the newspaper LA RAZON, made as a tribute to the companies that helped to the Spanish modernization and progress. Some other management that were also there, belong to REPSOL, IBERDROLA, FERROVIAL, SACYR, TELEFÓNICA, AGBAR, AENA…
Among others, Carlos D. Cuñado had the pleasure of meeting Mr. José Lladó (President of GRUPO TECNICAS REUNIDAS).
The highest requirement level of our customers is fully satisfied and, as a result, we are proud to show you the recognition received from BP Oil, appreciating our effort, dedication and commitment to meet their needs in the biggest stoppage that the Castellón refinery has lived in its 50 years of history.
Within the Employee Training Program that GRUPO CUÑADO has to improve our customer service, last November 28th, personnel from our Activation, Purchasing and Logistics departments participated in an open day at the Port of Valencia, thanks to the collaboration of the consignee agent Pérez y Cía., its ship-owners and the Port of Valencia Terminal APM.
The visit began with a welcome at the main offices of Pérez y Cía. in Valencia, where they presented their company to the GRUPO staff. Then, they explained the operation and daily activities of the port of Valencia, where they could live the organizational complexity of it. The day continued with the visit to a container ship that makes the Europe-USA route, where the captain explained the loading and unloading operations and guided them through the bridge, the engine room of the ship, deck…
We finalized our visit in the warehouses of the logistics operator Depot Real Benlloch in Valencia, where we could check, in situ, that the storage, the manipulations of the materials, loading and unloading of containers and trucks that GRUPO CUÑADO uses, conform to the standards of quality that our Clients demand.
These winning drawings made by the little “Cuñados” will be printed and used by GRUPO CUÑADO as our Corporate greeting to celebrate Christmas with all our customers, suppliers, etc. The level of all the received works has been very high, and we want to thank the effort of all the participants, who will have their well-deserved prize.
In the tight final of both categories (3-6 years and 7-10 years), we want to highlight the following artists, who were very close to win the prize: Irene Mola, Lucía Uriel, Sara Villagrasa and Andrés Santos.
The Christmas that finally obtained the majority of votes of the jury were those made by Eduardo Bartolomé and Jimena Toranzo.

GRUPO CUÑADO branch in Peru was present at the Mining Fair PERUMIN – 33rd Mining Convention, one of the most important mining meetings in the world, held in the city of Arequipa from September 8th to 22nd. We were located in the Spanish pavilion, where we received our main clients, such as PPS, Southern Peru, Cerro Verde, FIMA, etc … and presented our main products (Piping, Valves, Heat Exchangers, which included several products of Alfa Laval, …) We want to thank the participation of our partners in this Fair for their collaboration and support.
