CUINTER, the subsidiary of GRUPO CUÑADO in Chile, leader in supplying piping and valves for the Oil&Gas and mining industries worldwide in its two main business lines (Projecs and Distribution), carried out some Training Days in the Cabo de Hornos and Intercontinental hotels in Punta de Arenas city. The event was held on May 24^th, 25^th and 27^th, and different valves manufacturers were also involved.

CUÑADO GROUP, faithful to its commitment to promote and support sport in general, has sponsored the participation of several employees in the 4th edition of Padel Tournament Enterprise Business Padel Cup, organized by the Association of the Henares (AEDHE) and Momo Sports Club, which facilitate a meeting between companies Henares Corridor, promoting mutual understanding in an exclusive, leisure and sport framework.
Players of Cuñado Group have been finalists of Christmas Tournament of the company, Jorge Muñoz and Jose Manuel Arribas, and managed to reach the final of Category 3 absolute, losing in the tie break, after 3 match points, and José Mª Coca and Pablo Gomez, who reached the semifinals of category 2 absolute. The objective of the visit was to give a detailed introduction to our product range and manufacturing processes, so they can know more closely our daily work.

On April 7th and 8th, Grupo Cuñado was visited by students of the Postgraduate program “ Master in International Business”, taught by the Next IBS Business School. They have the chance of putting into practice the skills acquired during the course. Presentations were made by Mr. David de Pastors, Finances and Systems Manager, and Mr. Kepa Arteta, who deepened in Projects Logistics. Students also visited our warehouse, witnessing on site its daily activity.

GROUP CUÑADO presents its new Sectorial Catalog Desalination, adressed to a Engineering Water Treatment specialized in desalination projects and in stations Drinking water treatment , Sewage Treatment Plant wastewater treatment plant and all industry related to the general sector desalination Plant. This catalog allows a new vision of wide range of equipment and materials supplied GROUP CUÑADO in relation pipe, valves, filters, instrumentation and accessories, adapted to the requirements of this type of projects and serving as a guide, from both the technical staff and the stockpile in a single document.

This catalog is the first of the new series being prepared by the Cuñado Group, in order to detail , describe and focus, the scope of our offer and similar supply to each industrial sector separately.

Madrid, January 27th, 2016.- At the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness last October, Carlos D. Cunado, the President of Grupo Cunado, extended an invitation to the Secretary of State for Commerce, Jaime García Legaz, to visit the Group’s headquarters. He accepted the invitation, and visited the Grupo Cuñado headquarters yesterday in Alcalá de Henares, accompanied by Carlos D. Cuñado and Gloria Esteban Baturone, CEO of the Group.

The hosts introduced the Management Committee members to the Secretary before showing him the company’s campus. Mr. David de Pastors, Finances and Systems Manager, made a brief presentation of the Group for the visiting delegation.

Accompanied by José Antonio Campos, Supply Chain Manager of the Group, Mr. Jaime García-Legaz toured the 40,000 ft² of facilities, which contains over 280,000 products. This location works as an operational center to provide complete logistics services throughout the country.

At the end of his visit, the delegation enjoyed a casual drink while Jaime García-Legaz shared lively conversations with the management members of Grupo Cuñado.
